JOYAS – Jingles Of Your AffirmationS
JOYAS are musical affirmations created to increase your level of joy throughout your heart, soul, mind, body and spirit. Like jingles, once you learn the melody and sing them repeatedly, they will become second nature and you will find yourself pulling them out of thin air whenever the time is right.
Speaking affirmations are powerful if we speak them with great intention and in a positive mind set. However, many times we are facing challenging situations that deplete or drain us of our valuable energy. Often when we speak these affirmations, they have the tendency to carry negative tones, thus making it harder for us to rise above to a new level and to see and/or experience new possibilities.
We know positive thoughts and words are powerful. We know music is very powerful as well. When the two are combined, we have more than doubled our chances of feeling better. When we feel better we are in a greater frame of mind, thus causing the ripple effect for us to see new opportunities and possibilities more clearly and easily. Better yet, when we are singing upbeat and joyous songs we have the tendency to begin moving, even if ever so slightly and then, sometimes we burst into full out movement of dancing.
Movement increases circulation, and increased circulation enables us to become more creative with our thoughts and problem solving, and in turn we are able to make better decisions in all areas of our life.
I have crafted all of these JOYAS with great melodies which will be available on several CD’s in the near future. For now, enjoy these positive affirmations as a tool to help guide you in living a better, more fulfilled life.
